Maciej Czajka is a Senior Content & Brand Specialist at HiJiffy. With a decade of experience in communications working for creative industries and start-ups in the UK and Portugal, he specialises in creating educational and promotional content for brands.

Maciej’s academic background is in communications and project management. He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Public Relations & Media and an MA in Festival Management at the Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Currently, his focus is on bringing value to hoteliers and hotel staff by creating content exploring the benefits of using conversational AI in hospitality for guest communications.
