How the integration works

  1. HiJiffy receives information that there is a new reservation and also when the guest is arriving.
  2. Goki connects each reservation to the code necessary to open the door to the room assigned.
  3. HiJiffy calls Goki API to retrieve the code to send to each specific guest.
  4. HiJiffy sends a whatsapp message to the number associated to the reservation, with the content defined by the hotel.
  5. The client can seamless open the door and save the code on their whatsapp, always available each time they need to return to their room!
