How does the integration between Hotelizer and HiJiffy work?

Thanks to this integration between the two solutions, HiJiffy’s Guest Communications Hub can retrieve guest data from the Hotelizer PMS. This data can then be use to power up the marketing efforts by automatically targeting guests with personalised campaigns based on their reservation data. Personalisation and conversational Artificial Intelligence remain amongst the most prominent trends in guest communications in 2023.
