HiJiffy has partnered with SIHOT to provide end-users with integration between HiJiffy’s Virtual Concierge and SIHOT PMS.

HiJiffy and SIHOT integration enables hotels to reduce the workload of reception teams thanks to AI-powered automation. The excellent standard of the guest experience is maintained with services such as self-check-in, booking services (transfers, restaurants, SPA, etc.), and express check-out.

HiJiffy and SIHOT clients get several advantages across the guest journey:

  • Welcome message: 48 to 24 hours before the check-in time, you can send a welcome message to all your guests through the most common communication channels — WhatsApp or SMS, email, or even OTAs such as Booking.com or Expedia. In that message, you can explain how the process on arrival works, the check-in time and ask guests to fill out an online check-in form;

  • Online Check-in: Hotels can reduce contact points with the guests by sending an online check-in form to their guests through their favourite channels, such as WhatsApp or SMS. Guests submit all of their information and request online prior to arrival, enabling them to spend less time — or no time at all — at the front desk. Everything is on their own mobile devices.
  • Digital Concierge: Guests can use their preferred method to talk with the hotel anytime, anywhere. Furthermore, it is possible to schedule some campaigns that take into consideration the guest’s needs, helping to offer service upsells (restaurant table, room service, transfers, etc.). The solution automatically communicates requests directly to the relevant departments, including maintenance, F&B, and reception;

  • Get more reviews: A few hours after the check-out, you can send a message to your guests asking for a review on the most common platforms in the market, such as TripAdvisor. In this way, you are likely to boost your online reputation and, in turn, increase the number of bookings.

How does the HiJiffy and SIHOT integration work?

This is a synchronous integration between the systems, meaning that they communicate in real-time.

Clients using SIHOT can create campaigns within HiJiffy’s Guest Communications Hub and incorporate the logic based on the filters available in SIHOT’s PMS. Once approved and campaigns are live, whenever there is a reservation in the PMS that matches the campaign’s requirements, a message is immediately sent to guests.

Using SIHOT’s latest API, the HiJiffy solution keeps the information in its database eliminating any connectivity issues.
