The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Portugal. What happens at the end of the 14-day free trial?

During the trial our customer success team will ensure that you’re taking the most out of our solution. After the free trial ends, you can decide whether or not to stay with us. If you decide to continue, you will be billed for your subscription. If not, no charges will be applied.

What is the difference between a yearly and a monthly plan?

Subscribing to a yearly plan means that you make only one payment for the whole year (12 calendar months) upfront.

With the monthly plan subscription, you pay a fee for our service every month with a price increase. You can cancel with 30 days notice.

Is the pricing per property?

Simple answer: no! All monthly prices are established by solution (1 chatbot + chat widget + console account), independently of the number of properties you may have. Still, the setup fee in the advanced plan may increase if you have multiple brands or more customization needs.

How exactly does the Booking Engine integration work?

Our solution integrates with almost every Booking Engine, so you just need to select your provider and the system will start working almost magically
